Highland Search Group was founded by Tony Servidio in 2003. Before establishing Highland Search Group Tony attended and graduated from Rutgers University.  He then began a career in sales with Enterprise Rent a Car where he was promoted into the management development program.  Working alongside talented and influential leaders he developed a passion for helping and influencing others.  That experience led him to transition to a recruiting firm specializing in sales placement within the pharmaceutical/Medical industry.  Here he began his career in recruiting and progressed from Recruiter Consultant to Senior Account Director.

After a successful 5 years there, Tony wanted to continue to bring his passion, dedication and integrity to his clients and build his own recruiting firm founded in these values.
